The purple is a bruise, blood under the skin. A blood vessel broke inside. The swelling will go down, but if it's painful today, go see a doctor. You may have to just sit around for a while, alternating ice with warm baths.

Do you have an allergy to latex? I don't think it's an allergic reaction on just one side of your vagina, but a possibility.

It is important to know about latex allergy, doctors and hospitals use them in their gloves and other areas in treatment, so if you are, the doctors need to know before treatments.

But did he go to rough, what about enough lube, did he wait till you were ready ?

Are you not listening? How many times do you want to ask this? We can't help you nay more other than telling you to go to a doctor and get checked out.

We can't diagnose you online. You have been told what is possibly wrong but that's it. If you're so worried, go to a doctor.

The purple (bruise) can only go away with time. Your white blood cells take it away and absorb it. Just like any bruise.
We can't tell you about the swelling, because we don't know if that's all blood under there or something else like pus, lymph, or water. It's most likely blood. You wait, rest, sit in a tub, take Tylenol, and don't have sex with a man who is so rough next time. I hope he is bringing you food and flowers and doing your dishes and laundry and brushing your hair, and saying he is sorry. If not, don't ever have sex with him again.
