How to find average speed with the velocity and time?
The lawnmower moved at a constant speed of 2 m/s for 60 seconds and at 1 m/s for 120 seconds.

Determine the average speed of the lawnmower.

The average speed = Total distance / Total time

    Total distance = (2*60)+(1*120) = 240m
    Total time = 60 seconds + 120 seconds = 180 seconds
    therefore, average speed = 240/ 180 = 1.33 m/s
