I have a card I have not paid in 2 years ,should I talk to them and work out a deal,payments?

Well legally and honestly you should just pay them in full, since that was your agreement.

But yes, you need to work out a plan, knowing that if they sue, you will owe more with legal costs and they will take about 25 percent of your income anyway
