My husband told me 8 years ago, with his ex wife, he (just a couple times) would get really bad migraines before during and after ejaculation. This last week he has had the same headaches again and I'm starting to get worried. I have done some research and I've read where they can be "Coital" headaches. My main concern is, should I worry because its only happened just a two times and we have been married for almost 3 years now.

It can be mental or physical without an exam he will not know. When was the last time he had a complete exam..

Does he drink or take energy drinks or pills. Any sex enhancement products ?

It wasn't that long ago he had a check up. His blood pressure was fine, he doesn't take any pills but b12 vitamin C and ginkgo, he does take in a lot of coffee, and his sleep patterns could be better but that's his work that does it to him. His headaches have lasted over an hour each time. I am praying its nothing serious.
