I hear running water in my ducts in my trailor little water preasure a lot of water running

I hear it running and I think my toilet is running also

Let's start with the toilet Open up the lid and check the tank level. It should be 1/2" under the top of the white overflow tube when the ballcock stops filling. Is that OK? Now put some food coloring in the tank and let it set for a few hours. Do you see color in the bowl? Let me know, Tom
