    How I can get started
    Hello

I was wondering if anyone could help me, I'm very keen and interested to study or gain qualifactions to do with the paranormal but I'm not sure how to start it off. Does anyone know any courses I could take, good websites, books anything that would help me out? I would also like to find out more about Parapsychology.

    Thank you.

Good question, but just what do you believe, or have had experience with the paranormal?

Edit: Books to read (had to check my registry) Introduction to Parapschyology by Harvey Irwin and anything along the same lines by the physicist Robert A. McConnell.

Courses on parapsychology are normally offered along with others in any university. Unfortunately not in community colleges.

Go to the library and look up in The Encyclopedia of Associations any organizations you can contact that are concerned with parapsychology and the paranormal.

College guides will lead you to those colleges that have programs that might interest you.

I stated in my post that courses are not offered in parapschyology in universities unless the applicant want to take something like sociology. It isn't offered on its own, because how can you offer that as theory, or how can you offer it in a cummunity college as hands on. Of course they do offer it if you want to enter a seminary and need to know anything that will involve excorism; heavy stuff to say the least.

So, basically, WW and cal, you can't take this course on its own anywhere, only unless you are going for a PHd in med or something similar.

Just a quick search shows a few and if you need me to dig deeper let me know. I do not endorse these courses nor the associated degrees that you may receive but Im putting it out there for your investigation and to check accreditation.
