    Reapplying a court-ordered child support
I went through a horrible break up wit my ex n he took
Me to court for custody of our 8mnth old son.
Lost the battle he ended up having to pay childsupport
But never made a payment. A year or more later we tried working out our problems reconciled n in Sept he
Gave me a 30 day notice to move out. Can I reapply
For him to pay childsupport now?

If you got an order for support and it was never canceled then it is still in effect. If your working with the state then they should assist you with enforcing it. There is no need to get a new one.

If you canceled it then you will have to start over from square one.

    Canceling court-ordered child support
I cancelled court order childsupport n all back
Pay due to reconciling! He now gave me 30 days
To move out I know I have to start from square one but does that mean I have to take him back to court n hire a lawyer or can I go to childsupport office?
