Revoking fathers rights to handicapped child
My son has severe autism. His father has now been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder. Currently he is on medication but has no job or home. He has seen his son infrequently. I am worried that he will go off his medication and/ or become a danger to my son. He has been in the hospital several times for his condition. So far he has only been suicidal. I do not want him to have acess to my son. How do I make this happen. We live in ND.

You don't have a good case so far for preventing him from seeing his child. The courts don't do well with thinking something is going to happen. At best because of his condition you might get the courts to approve supervised visitation.
