He was caught selling weed and put on probation for 6 months he then violated it and got put on standard probation for a year he didn't pass his drug test multiple times and left the house twice he's been in juvi for about 2 weeks he has court in a month but I was wondering about how much time will he end up doing

No two judges or two cases are the same, I see you say he is in Juv Detention, so he is under 17 I will have to assume.

They get much less time in detention as a child than as a adult. The goal of Juv Court is to work with the parents and the school and keep the chlld at home if at all possible.

But when not, they will be keep in detention, I will guess he will get another chance at probation when he goes to court in month

He's 17 and they gave him a chance by putting him on standard probation his chances were up
