my sister has 5 days on and off fever, chills, upper quadrant abdominal pain, nausea and constipated for ^days.. she has a history of reccurent Urinary tract infection. I have tried metoclopramide for nausea, paracetamol foe fever, dulcolax (bisacodyl).
what is the probable dianosis and medications?
