    Hi sir ,
    How are you ? My husband used to live in portugal and he got portugal passport and citizenship he came back to pakistan and died since September in hospital during treatment at pakistani hospital,

    I have all his necessary documents regarding portugal passport and citizenship , death certificate and rest of other necessary documents, I have one child whose age is 9 years .

    My husband used to take monthly child allownce from Portugal Govt.

    My questions

    Can I apply for portugal passport along with my child ?

    I am pakistani national and my son too ?

    Will I able to get child allownce from Portugal Govt as my husband used to take ?

    Being a widwo of Portuguese men what Portugal Govt help me ?

    My son is too young and he been registered at Portugal Govt that's why my husband used to take child allownce from Protugal Govt so kindly inform me what can I hope from
    Portugal Govt if I apply for portugal passport .

    You can't get a Portuguese passport just by being married to a Portuguese, but your son can, because his dad was born there. You will have to call the Portuguese consulate regarding your other question about child allowance.
