Breasts abnormally tender
My breasts sometimes before a period or around ovulation time sometimes get a little temder- but for the last 7-10 days they have been rediculously sore- can hardly sleep on my stomach - the shower pressure (not even high) hurts my nipples. Cramping is not normally un common before my period but I have also been cramping around the same length of time - mild/ severe/ here and there. My period is on a 34 day length cycle and I'm not due for another 3 days - my concern is mostly the length and itensity of these stmotoms... I am married and in no way trying to get pregnant but let's just say not the most careful either. Thank you-
