Im 21 & I've had two misscarriges I'm so fustrated , so after I'm done healing I plan to eat very healthy stop smoking weed , or being around people who do and I'm going to stay away from people who smoke ciggerettes and taking vitamens to hopefully succeed a succefull pregnancy ! Any body know any thing else I can do to have a healthy pregnancy ? Should I start taking prental vitamens early ? Any info.is helpful thank you .
