    I am a 25 year old woman. 3 years ago had a tubal ligation and missed my period 3.5 weeks ago.

    What could be the problem after missing my period 3.5 weeks ago and I am having strong stomach pain, cramping, and sharp vaginal pain? I had my tubal ligation 3 years ago after my twins.
