I took 4 7.5 percs Mon @ 12pm. Will I pass the test Thurs at 5:45pm

You should be in the clear as generally they only stay in your system up to 3 days unless you constantly take them. Personally I know of someone who had testing on a weekly basis and he would take a couple (but not often only for back pain he had) and then he would get popped for a test 3-4 days later and it never showed up.
