I'm currently 2 weeks late for my period, which is never late. I have taken 4 hpt's and all have been negative. My first pregnancy was tubal, and resulted in a salpingectomy. Until my mom was 5 months pregnant with me she showed up negative on hpt's and blood work. Could I be pregnant? And should I worry about another tubal? I am having no bleeding/spotting, sharp pains, or any of the tubal pregnancy symptoms. In fact the only pregnancy symptoms I am experiencing is exhaustion and nausea.

You could be pregnant, false negative are common.
Are you using the first urine of the morning as soon as you wake up ?

But two weeks late, you can go in for a blood test

- usually I test before bed. But I've been using those "test any time of day" tests. My first pregnancy, I took a total of 15 tests, and showed up positive on all of them. I'm trying not to stress it, but... How can I not? I scheduled a doctor's apt for next week, but my ob has a small office, I don't even think he does ultrasounds there

Sorry, anytime of the day, is not the best testing time. First thing in the morning will give you a post result ( if you are, much earlier than evening ( worst time to test)
