I just want to know, if... taking glutathione is good for a breastfeeding mothers?

It is not known to harm the baby. Taking by mouth is very ineffective, most studies done, use injection to take it. So are you injecting. It is not absorbed well into the body by mouth and does little good.

Really a better diet would do more good.

What is the difference between glutathion and active white?

Active white ( while most of their web sites are banned here in China) is a product name.
It appears to contain L-Glutathione, and is one of the many cure all pills plus this one seems to claim some skin lightening ability. There are no known pills that do skin lightening.

The list of items it is made from, and the claims for health and cleaning the system, plus skin lightening, would seem harmful to a infant, if these claims actually worked.
