How many hours do you sleep everyday?

It varies, depending on what I did that day and whether I am worried or have something I have to do the next day - all sorts of reasons. I sleep less now in my 60s than I did when I was younger. Why do you want to know?

On average about 6 hours,like previous post stated depends what's on my mind.
