If you want to do something to mark the one year that you have been together, bake something, and make a handmade card with a drawing you did, and write a little love poem. Don't buy something he may not even want. When you know him better, you will know what he likes.

Buy him something that he has wanted for long.Some old choices like a watch work like a charm if you are not able to decide.
