Removing my deceased fathers name from deed.
My fathers name and my name are on the deed to a parcel of land in Arkansas, it was a right to dower type deed, only listing my name and his name, my father passed away, and my mother (whose name isn't on the deed), passed away shortly after, how do I remove my fathers name from the deed, to solely my name, I have continued paying the taxes on the property since their deaths.

You need to probate your father's estate.

From my research a right to dower deed invests an interest in a property to the spouse (Sterling Land Title). So, it seems that on your father's death, your mother gained an interest in the property even though her name was not on it.

So you probably need to probate both your father's and mother's estates to get full control of the property.
