I agreed to trade my car trailer for a car. The person has had the trailer for over a year now I've used it a few times that was the deal also whenever I needed it I was to use it anytime. I was to get a car as trade but the work that was supoosed to be done on car never got completed. He did work on trailer and has used it now for over a year but I don't want car and just want my trailer back what should I do?

Not much you can do at this point, you have waited a year. You got the car, he got the trailer.

You should not have let him have the trailer till the work on the car was completed.

You can sue him for the value of the work he was to do on the car and did not do.
You can not get the trailer back
