    I have a bottle of vitamin, it says max 5ml twice daily, is this means 5ml twice day 5ml per time, or 2,5ml twice a day so it will be 5ml in total per day, thank you

    5ml dose, 2 times a day. Maximum 10ml a day. That is my interpretation of it.
