    Skill Saw
I know it is bad to cut a piece of wood in the middle when you are using saw
Horses. So what are the alternatives?

You've been a busy DIY 'r based on your posts. Go buy some cheap 2X4 and set them across the sawhorses. Then set the saw depth to just barely cut through the object you are cutting. You can also use this procedure if you put the 2X4 on the floor. For big sheets use the floor and 3. 2X4

Be glad to help with any questions. I started with little faucet replacements and ended up building my house! Of course, it took almost 5 years to finish but saved $$$$ thousands.
