    Physics help please!
A 9 kg car travels in a flat circle. At a certain instant the velocity of the car is 16 m/s West and the total acceleration of the car is 3 m/s2 at 54◦ North of West.
What is its radius? Answer in units of km

Hello Emily. Hint: this problem includes both radial acceleration and tangential acceleration components. Given the magnitude and direction of the vector sum of these two acceleration components you should beable to determine the magnitudes of both, and then the radius of the circle that yields the radial acceleration value. Post back with your attempt at this and we'll help you along if you get stuck.
