    Probation violation
Hello, I am on probation for a year in nc. My question is I got a (misd) charge not a felony while on probation. I have not been charged with violating yet until I am convicted on my (misd) charge then I will be charged with violating probation. This will be the first time I have had any probation problems. Can anyone tell me how much time I may be looking at for the violation? My original charge I could got up to a year in jail wich I was giving probation. I have passed all drug test and paid all my fines and done my community service. My only problem is this new charge and I know if found guilty that jail time is coming. Can you please help if you know anything about this. Thanks Remember this is (misd) probation and a new (misd) charge not felony

You are two vague to even guess, what type of misd conviction for probation ? Is the new charge the same crime ? ( showing possible future issues) do they show even a progression of crime.

My guess, 30 days or so and then back on probation, but again it is just guesses, no one knows what type of day your judge will have
