As already mentioned diet pills are the new snake oil.
By all means DRINK green tea, but pill form is a waste of time..

Personally I have switched from Soda to various green teas and have lost several pounds in weight, but that's due to NOT having the excess sugar in the sodas and NOT the green tea.
