My daughter started having a rash around her genataila. I thought this was diaper rash but it has spread to her hips and thighs, it is in the form of what looks like pimples. She never had a temp or felt bad as far as I could tell. They haven't shown up anywhere else yet. The rash started about 3 days ago. Would this be chicken pox?
