I tried to help 2 of my friends,at the time they both had jobs but do to their drinking,partys, and drug use have lost their jobs,won't stop drinking nore the drugs in my home.The female of the 2 is very villent in many ways.I am in recovery for over 13 years.There is no lease with them,they at one point did pay rent to stay but have not been able to do to jobs lost.My mom wants them out as well as I do and have found out they are both on probation for criminal acts, and are not allowed on property owners land to reside.I don't want to be evected from my own home, and they won't leave.. What can I do..

Grow up, be an adult and evict them, NOW... don't wait any longer... you don't OWE then anything.

Give them a written 3 day pay or quit... and if they don't pay in full serve them notice to leave, if they still don't go to court to have the eviction enforced and the Sherrifs will physically remove them and their property...

If they threaten you in any way do NOT hesitate to call the police...
