My husband wants my name on the deed to house along with his . His name is the only one on the deed as it was willed (quick claim) to him from his deceased mother. We both pay the mortgage that we attained with my name being the first on the mortgage. All of the quick claim deed forms we have encountered are only transferring property. This is not what we want. We simply want both names on the deed. What recourse can you suggest

Why does your name need to be on it exactly? Particularly if its inherited property?
