    On Dec 26, 2011 I had sex with a guy, the next day my boyfriend asked me out again so I went to his house and we had sex twice each day and on Jan 16 I found out that I was pregnant. Who would be the father?

    Either one. There is no way to tell based on this. You will need to wait until he baby is born and have a DNA test done.
