I allowed my girlfriend and her 3 children to stay at my house till she could get a job and her own place. That was supposed to be from July till dec1. However she is making no efforts to do anything she agreed to do, now it oct and I cannot stand it any longer, how do I make her leave now?

You can't make her leave "now". Under law, she's considered to be a tenant, and you'll have to evict her according to your states landlord/tenant laws.. Most of them begin with a 30 day WRITTEN notice to vacate.
