So, all of my friends are pretty flat chested. I feel so uncomfortable around them because they haven't developed yet and embarrassed. Recently someone made fun of me for it, and my boobs are my biggest insecurity. I just turned 12, all of my friends are 11 almost 12. I'm about 5'1'' and 100 pounds. I really want to loose some weight for my body and my boobs, but what will help them get smaller? I play soccer and run around outside but other then that what can I do to lose weight?

If you are very heavily overweight (which it doesn't sound like), reducing weight might affect your breasts. But otherwise, no.

If your bust embarrasses you, wear loosely fitting clothing to hide it until your friends catch up. Otherwise there is no way for you to reduce them.

Your friends will soon catch up to you and maybe even out-boob you by the time you are all 16.
