    Hamper selling
Hi. Do I need a licence in the uk to sell food hampers? The jars etc going into the hampers will all be bought from elsewhere so I won't actually be making the food, just putting it together in hampers and selling them at fairs.

    Thanks

For the UK there is NO requirement for a business licence.
Most small fair trades aren't even VAT registered as their turn over is well under the starting level to pay.

If you are simply putting together bother in pieces then, other than some working capital, there are no other business requirements.
