My girlfriend thinks I raped her but I didn't touch her what do I do? She was drunk and even a person that was in the room says I didn't but she won't believe it we had been together 3 years help!

Bring her to a doctor. The doctor will be able to ascertain whether she was raped or not.

Is she pressing charges?

If, after 3 years, she trusts you so little, then the relationship is over anyway. Sounds like you need to move on.

She's looking for a reason to dump you. Rape is a good one.

I would not want her back if she accused you of such a thing.

For $350 or 400 you can get a polygraph. Both of you put your money on the table, winner takes the other's. See if she accepts the challenge. (Or both of you have the test.)

If the doctor can tell whether she had sex, that's good enough. You were with her and if she didn't have sex, then it will prove that you didn't have sex with her, or raped her as she thought.
