My husbant is recently diagnosed with epilepsy partialis complexa and given TRILEPTAL 3X A DAY
We are sort of preparing and wish for me to become pregnant and now with his diagnose , we seek for advise how is his medication affecting the potential fetus .we are both taking folic acid 800mq daily .
does Trileptal decrease the efficiency of folic acid at all and in that case should We increase the daily dosage of folic acid ?
