    Pumping some air
I just moved a pump and tank to a more desirable position. I didn't change much just a couple of old fittings. I seem to be getting some air in the lines. I've rechecked the fittings and tank pressure and all seems to be fine. Although I am
Suspect of a fitting on the well pipe that enters the building. It has the 2'' well pipe enering the bottom, a 1'' plug on either side, and a 1'' pvc out of the top which runs to the pump. The pvc connects internally in the housing and I was careful when I connected the new fittings. Any ideas?

Go to every fixture in the dwelling and run water on both the hot and cold side for about five or ten minutes. This should remove all air that entered the system during the work. Let me know how things turn out.

That fitting's on the pressure side and couldn't cause air to enter your system. If it's not leaking then you'll be just fine. Good luck, Tom
