I am currently taking amoxicillin 500mg as of 2days ago for a periodontal abscess in my mouth.. today I started what seems to be my period.. which is about 2 and a half weeks early... I'm supposed to start birth control pills for the FIRST time when I get my next period (today) now I'm wondering if its okay to start them for the first time if I'm on antibiotics.. will they even work? My wedding is in December 1 and I was told to start my pills this month.
