I was convicted 1st degree felony for drug charge in 2004 been of probation for 5 years... can I go out of the country?

If you are still on probation, your PO will have to approve it.

You will find there will be some nations you can not visit or go to, since they will not issue you a visa.

But you get a passport, get permission of PO, and find if the country you want to visit will allow you in

Yeah I am sure of that I have been off probation for years and was on probation for 6 years she even let me go to Cancun which I was surprised but that was many years ago..
