I had 3 c section one in 2004 another in 2006 and the last in 2009 after the last I was advised not to have another because of massive scare tissue I was told if I was to have another I may have to get a coloscopy bag because even if they wanted to tie my tubes they couldn't get to tbem due to the scaee tissue I'm afraid I may be pregnant is there any other options to avoid the worst what can happen?

We can't possibly advise you on this subject. Some doctors are trying to cut down on the number of C sections, and some are reporting success with vaginal delivery after C section, but with all your scarring, only personal attention to your history and examination will answer this question.
