I need to know if the CBP has conviction dates on those with criminal history.
I have a conditional discharge that appears on the US system and The US needs order of confirmatio.. In order to get the order I need the conviction date to have my file pulled from Archives (in Ontario). It is a 1996 file and is no longer in the electronic system under the court of justice in ontario. I forgot the date as this was many years ago. Does the US CBP have and can provide me this info?
