I have been having mixed cycles ranging from 18 - 26 days. Last month was a 18 day cycle. My husband and I are trying to conceive. I am on day 20 now and no period symptoms. I do have light cramping and flu like symptoms. Running fever and very emotional. This would be pregnancy # 3 if I am and I do feel pregnant. When shoud I take a test since I am not sure of my cycle and if I am late??
