A false negative is common. Try again be sure to use the first urine of the morning when you first get up for best results. If not, try a women's clinic or your doctor for a blood test and if not pregnnat other tests to find issue

Ill try the early morning test but I tjink it will be like my mum her hormoans never show up in pregnancy tests

Also is there any other way to do it by doctors with out a blood test ?
