My tongue is burning and in pain and swollen I also notice small red bumps does anyone know what I can do or what it is at times it also feels hard to swallow

It may be a food allergy, if so, it may be very dangerous if it gets bad.

We can't give a diagnosis online. If it is an STD then you'll need to see a doctor for a diagnosis.

A STD would be the better thing, if it is a food allergy, and it gets too bad, it stops you from breathing.

So, I will assume you are a minor child, time to tell your parents and go to the doctor for testing.

If not a minor, get to your doctor and tell them what it is.
