On what ground I can file a motion to dissolve the writ if the bank Garnish my money on the court orders
Probably none. If a writ of attachment was executed on your bank account, that means a judgment was awarded. The time to fight was when originally sued.
Unless, the bulk of the money in the account is from exempt sources (i.e.social security) then its unlikely you can quash the writ.
"My bank received a writ of garnishment, My bank hold the account and the money was there came from claim Insurance company for repair the house roof damage by Hail. Can I file a with the court a motion to dissolve this writ as I know if the money came ..."
This is the connection to my previous question . Ask a question in another way to get the satisfactory answer. "My bank received a writ of garnishment, My bank hold the account and the money was there came from claim Insurance company for repair the house roof damage by Hail. Can I file a with the court a motion to dissolve this writ as I know if the money came ..."
What about money is from claim of insurance company for the roof repair which was damaged by hail.
The insurance payment is not exempt. Again, were you aware of the judgment?
