5 year old rottweiler peeing and pooing
My name is kayleigh and I've had my rotti since he was 5 weeks old he is now 5 years but for the past 2 years he keeps peeing and pooing when we gp out or to bed he even opens the washing machine door and pulls all the clothes out and has now started turning my sink taps on. We have confined him to just the kitchen because when he roams the house he was peeing on the TV or the dvd player even the ps3 I can't handle this anymore my kitchen smells horrible please help me

Interesting, how does he poo on the TV, etc. Does he get up onto the TV to do this? Can you explain how he does this? Does he use his paw to open the washing machine door, his tail, what ?

Two years is much too long to have allowed these things to go on.
    Is he neutered?
Is he turning the sink taps on because he is thirsty?

He's only just started turning the taps on and tickle he doesn't poo on the TV please read my comment properly.
I've never seen him open the washing machine door as I'm never in the room when he does it yes I know 2 years is a long time but some days he doesn't do anything but others can leave it in a right mess Ive tried to catch him doing it and letting him out more but nothing work no he is not neutered as at the moment I can't afford it

Then you may not like my answer.
He needs to be neutered and checked for any medical issues such as UTI's or kidney disease or even diabetes.
He is young and the age related diseases may not be a problem, but it is not completely unheard of.
Could be that he is feeling his oats and acting out because of the hormones, is there a female nearby? Since he has started marking he is not likely to stop without taking away the hormones and retraining him.
Call around and check with the humane society, your vet, your local shelter and ask if there is any assistance in your area, many areas have a low cost spay/neuter program that can help you out.

Exercise! It sounds to me like he is restless and bored. How much exercise is he getting in a day?

    Only 100? Wow! That's a great deal.

The cheapest in my area is $300.
