    How long after sale of a business, does buyer have the right to initiate lawsuit
    How long after sale of a campground, can the buyer file a civil lawsuit? I want to destroy all records once that time has come.

    You have to keep them 7 years for tax purposes. You cannot destroy records if a lawsuit has been filed.
