I can't get my ring off. What should I do?

If you need it cut off, you may have to call around a few places, not everyone has a cutter to use while it is on your finger.

Also ice your finger first because a finger can swell up to a whole size depending if you are hot, ate salty food, etc.

If all else fails, yes any jeweler will have a saw that can saw it off without hurting your finger. It's a small blade, and the blade faces away from your skin.
