Hello, quick question. For about 6 months now I've been monitoring a lump inside my vagina. It's at the very top and towards the back and about the size and shape of a grape. It's fairly hard and it hasn't gotten bigger, but I'm pretty certain it's been there since before I started menstruating (3 years ago).
I wouldn't normally worry, but my mother had ovarian and cervical cancer. I'm 16 and have never been sexually active so I've never seen an OB/GYN or gotten a pap smear. Would it be worth making an appointment to get this check out early?

Yes it would be a smart thing to do, it could be Benin and resolve itself by itself and maybe not .
