I have a "red-T" furnace in a mobile home (model# DGAA077 BDTB)... The LED indicator stays on steady green meaning there are no faults found... The unit will go through its paces, purge, glow plug, then I get a very weak flame (not enough to make heat in the home)... Both the soloniods are engaging but I don't seem to be getting main gas flow... Ive had the gas valve open but couldn't see anything wrong with the works inside

You should never take a gas valve apart. Since you did, it must be replaced. For your own safety & that of your family, please call a qualified local service company.
