    Is this bad
I was lifting weights, and I haven't done them in a while. While I was lifting it my arm started hurting when I bent it but not really bad to the extent of screaming or in agony. I kept bending it and now it stopped. But I think it's still hurting very little, might just be my imagination though. Also I am 13 and the wieghts I am lifting are the one's my mom use to use when she was excersing, they weigh an 8.

Well if you are afraid of hurting your arm again, just try a different exercise. If you need any ideas, there are heaps on YouTube. Is it a joint pain, or a muscle pain? Glucosamine or fish oil tablets can help reduce inflammation of the joints, and then you might be able to do those exercises again.

If pain is so little you think its imaginary odds are your fine.

But you may have gone to fast making your muscles sore from mot being used to weights.
Take it slow and steady with weights and don't overdue it.
    Better being safe than sorry.
